Long-Term Care Software Train the Trainer Program

One of the most daunting challenges facing long-term senior healthcare and nursing home professionals is proper staff training. Employees come and go, and when they do, their training goes with them. If you don’t want to continually face the expense and headache of having each new employee trained for our products, send a knowledgeable member of your staff to our Train the Trainer Program in order to become a QuickCare Certified Trainer.*

QuickCare offers this unique training class for those who have been using our products, which include QC3net, for at least six months, and desire in-depth training in order to train their own people at their own facility. Our Train the Trainer class will enable you to provide as little or as much training as necessary, from answering occasional questions to complete training of new staff members. This program is held at our offices in Frisco, Texas, and requires two days of training for Clinical and two days for Accounts Receivable.

After your chosen staff member has successfully undergone the initial program, we provide quarterly update training classes exclusively for this elite group. We are also implementing training segments that will be available on our client-only website. These segments will allow your staff to gain valuable training on specific topics.

*All annual certifications will be done with the .NET release. An 80% score is required on the exam to qualify as a QuickCare Certified Trainer (QCT).
