"New
in this Release" WEB TRAINING
In preparation for the release of Version 3.6 scheduled for
mid September, we are offering a series of "New in this
Release" web training sessions. Please plan to attend
one of these sessions to learn all about the new features
and issues resolved in Version 3.6, designed to provide detail
and inform you of changes made to our QuickCARE software.
To register in advance, simply follow the link posted
under the appropriate session. A confirmation email will be
sent to you including the link to join the Webinar, conference
call information, Webinar ID number and System requirements
for running the Webinar application. Please print this email
for your reference on the day of the session
When the date and time arrives for the Webinar,
follow the same link you used to register and follow the instructions
on the screen. You will receive a Warning - Security pop-up
"Do you want to trust the signed applet distributed by
"Citrix Online"? Click on the YES button. This will
allow you to run the GoToMeeting Webinar application. After
successfully connected; you will see a welcome screen with
the name of the trainer. A box is provided at the top right
hand-side of the screen that will provide the dial-in customer
call information and meeting access codes.
