With any partnership, on-going
communication is crucial to success. During the QuickCare
software conversion, our most successful partnerships with
facilities are based on frequent communication, both formal
and informal. We structure the implementation process so that
communications are optimized. This translates into a smooth
working relationship with no surprises.
At QuickCare, we appreciate the challenges associated with
implementing new software, and provide full setup, implementation
and long-term care software training for all our new facilities,
as well as on-going training for existing facilities.
We believe your software implementation is the most important
part of your software conversion. That’s why we start
with a pre-implementation meeting to define your specific
business model, payor profile, method of deployment, and many
other factors required for a successful implementation.
After this meeting, information is gathered from your staff,
providing QuickCare the necessary data to create the initial
master files, including Payor Master, Item/Ancillary Master,
Room Rate Master and Floor Plan Information, as well all
ICD-9, CPT, Part A, and Part B Fee Schedules, etc. We understand
the importance of the right software solution to your success.
That’s why we go the extra mile to customize your
long-term care software to meet your business model.
We will then provide training customized to the plan designed
during the pre-implementation phase. This training can be
done facility-by-facility or via classroom, and can accommodate
up to six facilities per class. Once training is completed,
QuickCare has a staff of Business
Analysts available to travel
on-site during the first month, and provide one-on-one assistance
to your staff.
QuickCare is then available during the first billing cycle
and month end to assist in the closing, and verify all claims
are processed correctly. To ensure a smooth transition during
the first 90-120 days, we provide an additional layer of support from our Rollout Department, a staff of experts who proactively
contact your facility(s) to help throughout the transition.
