QuickCARE "Train the Trainer" Sessions Scheduled
As the Long Term Care industry continues to suffer from a shortage of qualified, well-trained workers, providers have to get creative to meet the training demands of their facilities. That's why MDI Achieve offers our unique "Train-the-Trainer Seminar". This two-day seminar will give you or one of your staff members everything needed to train countless others on the operation of MDI Achieve's QuickCARE software.

With two separate courses to select from, Clinical or Accounts Receivable, you'll be able to choose which lessons are most important to you. Each course is comprised of two full days of hands-on learning from a QuickCARE Certified Train-the-Trainer.

After the course is completed, trainees will receive official certification as an MDI Achieve "Train-the-Trainer" for our QuickCARE product and will then be able to share their knowledge with key members of your staff, resulting in improved efficiency throughout your organization.

This year's Clinical course will be held June 9th and 10th. The Accounts Receivable course will be held June 11th and 12th. Classes are held at our Frisco, Texas location. For more information, please visit our website at http://www.quickcare.com/trainthetrainer.asp or email training@quickcare.com.

My Reports Feature Saves Time

Do you find yourself running the same Enterprise Reports in QuickCare each week? Here's a time-saving tip: Use the 'My Reports' feature to streamline this process. The 'My Reports' tab appears on the top right hand corner of the Dashboard.

This feature allows users to choose frequently-printed Enterprise reports and schedule them to automatically print with the most up to date information. Not only can you pre-schedule multiple reports to run daily, weekly, monthly or yearly, but you can also give your report a unique name and add your comments to the Enterprise report queue. There is even a 'Run Now' button if do not wish to schedule a time for later printing.

Please see the 'My Reports' section of the HELP menu for a complete tutorial on the use of this time saving feature.

Archiving QuickCARE Users
In QuickCARE version 3.4.40, it is not necessary to delete users who no longer use the QuickCARE application in order to disable their access. All you need to do is archive them by clicking the box marked "Archive" in the User Demographics box, located under Security, User Maintenance.

For more detailed instructions on how to use this feature, you can download our Technical Bulletin at http://www.quickcare.com/newsletter-archive/QCTechBull-ArchivingUsers.pdf.
