Ledger software is the consolidation point for data from the
Accounts Receivable, Accounts
Payable, and Payroll softwares.
Information is moved from these softwares to the General Ledger
with ease, allowing you to generate the reports you need to operate
your business.
The General Ledger account number is capable of supporting up
to five segments including Payor, Department, Revenue Center,
Facility and the Primary segment. This feature allows tremendous
flexibility when running reports. Through the use of a drop
down you can generate reports for a specific payor, a single
facility or all facilities. This feature allows you to combine
multiple facilities into a single General Ledger.
Combining the above-mentioned features with the ability to
produce custom income statements, an easy to use back-up program
and four methods of creating budgets ensure your ability to
produce accurate and timely financial statements.
