QuickCare's Clinical allows
you to manage the information you need to provide long-term resident
care. Clinical is also fully compliant with CMS data
specifications and Survey reporting.
The ability to assess and plan for nursing home resident
needs in a timely manner is essential in today's environment.
Through the use of QuickCare's Clinical, you can assess
residents using the Resident Assessment Instrument, MDS version
2.0 as issued by the Centers
for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Following each completed
MDS and based upon the answers provided, Clinical can calculate
resident RAPS, identify Quality Indicators, and assist in
developing a Resident Care Plan.
An extensive database of information on each resident can
be maintained that includes Contacts, Providers, Alerts, Allergies,
Diagnosis, Activities of Daily Living, and Vitals. You can
also maintain a facility database of Allergies, Diagnosis,
Orders and Providers.
All information gathered on residents and entered into the
QuickCare system is then available on an extensive range
of resident and facility reports. Included in the 74 clinical
reports and 13 Care Plan formats are the Resident Census
and Conditions Report/672 and the Roster Sample Matrix/802.
