Transition to QuickCare is a snap with our “hands-on” implementation and rollout teams. We provide comprehensive training at our office in Frisco, Texas or onsite at your nursing home or long-term senior healthcare facility, whichever is most convenient for you. Your software will come with your billing charge master, facility layout, and residents and MDS history already loaded. After your initial training, you will be assigned a personal rollout technician for the first 90-120 days to assist during the transition. Once you are comfortable with our products, you will continue to receive exceptional service from our top-notch software support team.
